The short version: two scoops (7.5 g) in 16 fl oz of cold water, once a day, 20 to 30 minutes before the block of work you actually care about. Take no more than one serving (2 scoops, 200 mg of caffeine) in any 24-hour period. If you read nothing else, that is the whole instruction.
What follows is the longer version, because the questions we get are almost never about the scoop.
Cold water, and why it matters
Use cold water. Sour flavor systems taste sharper cold and muddier warm, and the powder disperses better without clumping. Shake it or stir it hard for a few seconds; a bottle beats a spoon.
16 fl oz is the intended volume. Less water makes it aggressively sour rather than stronger — the dose is in the scoop, not in the concentration.
Timing
Twenty to thirty minutes ahead is the usual window for a caffeinated drink. In practice that means you take it while you are opening the laptop, not once you are already stuck.
Be careful with the second half of the day. Caffeine has a long half-life, so a 4 p.m. serving is an 11 p.m. problem for a lot of people. If your deep work is genuinely in the evening, be honest with yourself about what it will cost that night.
With or without food
Either works. On a completely empty stomach caffeine tends to arrive faster and, for some people, less comfortably. If it sits badly, have it after breakfast rather than instead of one.
What not to stack it with
The main thing to watch is other caffeine. A coffee, a pre-workout and a serving of Focus Powder in the same morning is three doses of the same stimulant, and only one of them is on a label you read. Count them together.
Otherwise: if you already take a choline supplement, or a separate L-theanine capsule, look at the numbers side by side before adding this on top. The point of a printed label is that you can do exactly that.
How long a tub lasts
A tub is 150 g. At 7.5 g per serving that is 20 servings — 20 days of daily use, or about four weeks if you take it on weekdays only. Three tubs is roughly two months, which is why the variety pack takes 15% off automatically at checkout: it is the quantity most people end up buying anyway.
Every day, or only when you need it?
Both are defensible. Caffeine tolerance builds with daily use, so some people keep it for the days that actually demand a long focused block and find it works better that way. Others take it every weekday and treat the drift as the price of a routine. There is no dose you are failing to reach by skipping a day.
Three flavors, one formula
Sour Grape, Sour Gummi Worm and Sour Candy have identical actives at identical doses. Pick on taste. If sour is not your thing at all, this is not the product to talk yourself into.
If it is not for you
Email admin@auravitia.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full, opened tub included, with nothing to ship back. We can offer that because the label is the pitch — there is nothing hidden in it to walk back later.
Storage
Keep the lid closed and the tub somewhere dry and out of direct sun. Powder that has clumped from humidity is still fine to drink; it just mixes worse. Keep out of reach of children.
