All Auravitia orders ship from our U.S. distribution centers.
- Standard (FREE on orders $75+): 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground
- Expedited: 2–3 business days — available at checkout
- Express: 1–2 business days — available at checkout
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package anytime from your order confirmation email or your Auravitia account.
Returns & refunds

- Return unopened or gently used products for a full refund
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
