We currently ship within the United States. Every tub is made to order by our U.S. fulfillment partner and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- United States: free on orders of $70 or more; $4.99 below that. 3–5 business days in transit.
Order totals are counted after discounts. Transit estimates run from the day the parcel ships, not the day you order. Subscribe & Save renewals ship as separate orders at the same rates.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, opened tubs included. Email admin@auravitia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we refund you in full. You don't ship anything back. The full terms are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email admin@auravitia.com within 30 days with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you, your choice, and you keep the affected item.
