Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases
Most Auravitia products are one-time purchases (single payment). No recurring charges apply unless you explicitly select a subscription or recurring purchase option at checkout.
Subscriptions or recurring purchases (if applicable)
If we offer subscriptions in the future:
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
- To cancel: email admin@auravitia.com with subject “Cancel subscription” and your order number or account email
- Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period; already billed periods are not refunded except for our error or as stated in the refund policy
- You may pause or modify your subscription by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment
Cancelling one-time orders
Orders enter production quickly. To cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at admin@auravitia.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered production with our fulfillment partner.
