Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or APO/FPO/DPO addresses yet.
Order processing
- Every order is made to order and shipped from our fulfillment partner in the United States.
- Most orders leave the facility within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- You receive an order confirmation email right away and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Rates and delivery times

Order totals are calculated after discounts. Transit times are estimates from shipment and may vary with carrier delays, holidays or weather.
Subscriptions
Each Subscribe & Save delivery is shipped as a separate order and always ships free, whatever the order total.
Shipping address
Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can reship it once you confirm a valid address; reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email admin@auravitia.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
